Here is how it works. After enrolling in the program, you will be able to log into a Members Only page with a password that you set up for yourself after purchasing. You will then be able to view on your PC and/or download the programs either directly into your Ipod or onto your computer to be used later. These videos give you step by step video instruction on your workout for each day. They include video snapshots of the exercises as well as written instructions for the structure of the program itself. Each video is approximately two to six minutes in length and will include all training required for that day, so you will be able to watch the video from the members area on our site, or download and store multiple workouts on your PC, Laptop, or Ipod, and take them with you.

The Cost

The cost of the Online Membership is $149.99 (USD) for a 6 month program. That’s less than $25 per month or less than eighty-three cents per day. There are no extended payment options. Payment can be made through Paypal using any major credit card.

VERY IMPORTANT: After purching, you’ll be presented with a form to create your username and password. Remember it! (you will also get an email with all your login details) This is what you’ll use to login to this site and see the member training videos and other exclusive content.

Other Programs

Online members will also receive discount off of future Online Programs. Additional Online programs that will be released in the future will include Combat Sports Training, MMA Training, Football, and Wrestling to name a few.
